HIGH QUALITY GLOVE FOR PILOT
Recommended by the Japan Aircraft Pilot Association and Japan Aeronautical Engineering Association
This product was developed by a manufacturer specializing in leather gloves with its know-how and over 50 years of experience in delivering superior quality products to major airlines and multiple industries.
Experience the fit and practicality of this professional glove, or the “second skin” that connects pilots and aircrafts.
Material: Luxurious deerskin is used for its top moisture absorbency and releasing capabilities among natural leather.
Characteristics: The gloves possess incomparably superior fit because each natural hide is carefully selected to ensure uniform quality, with only young and small deer chosen.
Through proprietary manufacturing methods that make best use of natural leather and meticulous tanning, the gloves are highly durable and do not harden when washed like chamois leather. Deer skin is also highly elastic and able to fit in complex shapes. Because its commercialization requires both experience and technique, the gloves are made by highly skilled craftsmen.
Creating gloves for 60 years, the manufacturer processes the best materials in the world with accurate techniques fostered by tradition.
Experienced craftsmen finish each glove with great care.
Functions: In addition to protecting the hands of pilots, the gloves comfortably absorb perspiration occurred from tension and stress during the “critical eleven minutes,” for example. And while hard leather causes decline in grip strength together with discomfort when used for long periods of time because it pressures the finger joints, deer skin has no such concerns for its smoothness and softness.
Simply put, chamois leather is luxurious fibrillated cloth that uses the finest-quality deer leather. Mainly protein molecules called collagen intertwine to develop skin fiber. Structured with ultra-fine fibers that artificial fibers can’t possibly imitate, the cloths completely wipe away dirt, moisture, oil and even finger marks on precious items without scratching. Chamois leather made from pure deer skin is also excellent in durability and storage capabilities, and can be used for infinite amount of times with easy cleaning.
The chamois leather that we handle is made without compromise, using only the finest pure deer skin. Through special technology, its outstanding quality as wipe cloths and shine cloths are widely proven, such as being certified as a Japan Brand.
Its characteristically extraordinary softness, smoothness and durability that last for years are created by fibrillation only through oil tannage.
