He came already practicing multiple perspectives.
Then he sat with the others, and realized:
“There’s still so much outside my range of view.”

After this day in Hiroshima, he wrote:
“Listening to others’ views — perspectives I couldn’t have reached on my own — made me realize how much I still don’t see.”

Here’s what stayed with me:
What we see now isn’t the whole truth.
Every story has another side.
That’s why dialogue matters.

What made his shift possible?
Time to digest.
“I picture landscapes inside a single photograph,”
he said.
“Things keep coming up.”
This tour creates space — not just for the day, but for the days after.

Why people leave my tour different than they came.
Because we don’t just visit Hiroshima. We sit with what this place still asks of us. We listen — across stories, across silence. And before we part, each guest writes one thing — in their own hand — that they’ll do, starting tomorrow, for peace.
She wrote this. So did the others.
That one sentence keeps showing up months later — in how they live their week, who they call, what they make time for.
This isn’t a tour. It’s a return to your own life.

She was crying through the museum.

A stranger — a foreign woman she'd never met — quietly handed her a wet tissue.

No words.
No introductions.

Just one human seeing another.

She wrote about it later:

"There are reasons we drift,
reasons division happens.

But nobody actually wants to hurt anyone.

Every one of us, really,
has a kind heart."

And then she wrote this:

"What feels ordinary to me is someone else's highest happiness."

The fact that I
— and the people I love —
are simply alive and well.

No matter where we come from,
what we believe,
what we speak —

we can hold each other.

This is the thing
I want to keep proving.

Not in words. In quiet rooms where strangers hand each other tissues.

Small miracles like this —
I want to keep building.

Here’s what I do in Hiroshima.
I take a few people at a time. We walk. We face what this place still asks of us. We share original handmade cookies just for the journey — and small gifts the guests exchange with each other.
Then, before we part, each guest writes one thing — in their own hand — that they’ll do, starting tomorrow, for peace.
No two boards say the same thing.
Every single one has changed how I see this work.

Two posts in, and honestly?
I’m equal parts thrilled and terrified. 🌱
Here’s where I am, building a tour experience from zero:
✅ Quit my full-time job — no Plan B
✅ Found my “why” and finally shared my story
✅ Guided trial tours for 6 people so far (more on this soon!)
It took everything I had to post that first video. Seeing the likes come in made me so happy — but I’ll be honest: part of me still whispers, “Can I really do this? What if no one ends up caring?”
I’m sharing that fear too, because this is real life, not a highlight reel. If you’ve ever been scared to start something that matters to you — tell me below. Let’s be brave together. 💛

This March, I quit my full-time job — no Plan B — to build something from zero. 🌱
I’m Japanese, and for most of my life I was too afraid to show who I really am. Learning English changed that — meeting people from all over the world, I realized how differently we each see what’s “normal,” and I fell in love with that.
Marrying my husband, from a different country and faith, taught me something bigger: when we don’t know someone, “I don’t understand them” quietly becomes “they feel a little scary.” But most of the time, it’s not real difference. It’s just misunderstanding.
Living near Hiroshima, it all connected. That small gap is where division begins — and this place reminds us how precious an ordinary, peaceful day really is.
So I’m creating small, open experiences here. No background needed — just come as you are, slow down, and maybe see your everyday life (and the people who feel “different”) with fresh eyes.
I’m starting from absolute zero, figuring it out as I go. If you’d like to cheer on someone chasing this from scratch, follow along. Let’s enjoy this story together.

There’s a specific kind of host moment — when someone walks in *not* for the cause, but for *you.*

She wasn’t really into “peace.”
She came because she was curious about me.

And that’s exactly why this story matters.

By the end of the day, she said:

*”I want to live fully — true to what I actually want, nothing held back. For the ones who never got the chance to live theirs.”*

But here’s what moves me most:

She’d *already* been practicing her own rhythm before this trip — fully herself, every day.

So when she went home, I could already picture it: her noticing small, ordinary joys more deeply. Holding them a little longer.

I don’t need a report. I can just *see* it.

And that — is what makes me happiest as a host.

This tour isn’t only for “peace people.”

It’s for anyone curious enough to sit with it.

There's a specific kind of moment — when "I hope for peace" suddenly becomes "what can I do today?"

She'd walked past the Peace Memorial Museum many times in her life. Same dome. Same path. The street she grew up on.

Then she became a mother.

And the same museum hit differently — walking through as the parent of a small child.

This was the biggest thing I learned, hosting:

Where you stand in your life changes what you hear.

It wasn't new information that shifted her. It was who she'd become in the years between visits.

Sometimes peace isn't a prayer. It's a question — what can I do, today, knowing what I know now?

Swipe → her words.
(The format: ~90 minutes alone in the museum. No commentary. No schedule. Just space.)

Why do good people hurt each other?

Everyone is just trying to protect someone they love.
But sometimes, two kinds of love collide
— and someone gets hurt in between.

Not because people are evil.
Because nobody stopped to ask:
what are we actually fighting for?

That same energy, that desperate need to protect —
imagine if it was pointed in the same direction.

Understanding each other isn’t just nice to have.
It’s everything.

(and yes, Attack on Titan made me think about all of this 🙃)
