A wonderful day in Kyoto filled with big laughs and beautiful art. My fellow guide friend Kaori and I joined a seminar hosted by the Honganji Mirai Foundation.
Led by professional comedian Shimobayashi-san, we learned that the ultimate secret to comedy is to 【just go all out】!
For our final self-introductions, the two of us gave it 100% and performed our gags in both English and Japanese🤗
The power of a true entertainer to bring happiness to others was such a great lesson.
Afterward, we visited the Marimekko Exhibition at the Museum of Kyoto.
Surrounded by vibrant designs, we also stumbled upon a fascinating poster for a wonderful Mongolian and Indonesian concert titled "The Counting Sheep For Sleeping Society."
The beautiful traditional music from both cultures sounded absolutely magical and filled our hearts with peace.
So much laughter, so much inspiration✨
