I HART Travel Guidelines

Services and pricing available under services tabs

1. Consultation fee is to be paid after completion of travel form (link in bio) and within 3 days of invoice being sent.
2. Consultation to take place within 7 days of invoice being paid between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. After 7 days another consultation fee will be rendered.
3. Consultation includes: 2 comparable hotels/resorts with applicable discounts (client(s) choice or consultant’s), round trip flight prices from 2 airports of the client(s) choice, and 2 top excursions of the client(s) choice in the location of the client(s) choice.
4.All consultation fees are non-refundable.
5. International travel will not be consulted on and/ or booked less than 45 days prior to intended departure.
6. All international travel clients must have a passport prior to consultation and/or booking.
7. No emergency consultations and/or bookings.
8. If client(s) refuse to give information necessary to the consultation and booking process the consultation will be terminated and the consultation fee non-refundable.
9. Prices, flight availability, hotel/resort availability subject to change until booking complete.
10. Custom itinerary given once travel plans agreed upon amongst all parties, booking completed, and fees paid.
11. Business to be conducted on applicable sites.
12. I HART Travel is not responsible for any cancellations, flight delays, or interrupted travel plans for any reason.
13. If you are dishonest in any transaction between the client and I HART Travel you will be removed as a client and no longer able to book services.
