Space-Themed Road Trip 🚀
So Much More Than a Roadside Stop

We thought this would just be a quick roadside stop…

But wow — it was WAY more space-themed than expected 🚀

The moment we walked in, the huge open space honestly felt like entering a spaceship.

And the astronaut test?
Way too fun 😂

It quickly turned into parents vs kids competition.

There were interactive games, electric shock challenges, and astronaut-style experiences, so it wasn’t just a “look around quietly” kind of museum.

The 3D theater was also… unexpectedly hilarious 😳
If you’ve been there, you KNOW what I mean. lol

And of course, we ended at the gift shop.

My 9-year-old absolutely wanted to try space food and picked the chocolate cake.

Apparently it was delicious… because I only got one bite 😂

Perfect stop for a Yoichi or Otaru day trip 🚗✨

This indoor playground seriously saved us on a rainy day in Abashiri ☔️✨

The moment we walked in, the giant blue ball pool looked just like the Sea of Okhotsk — the kids LOST their minds 😂

There are huge play structures where kids can climb, crawl, run, and burn all their energy.

And honestly?
The best part was how well designed it is for little kids too.

✔ Separate toddler area
✔ Baby space
✔ Comfortable parent seating
✔ Easy to supervise

Even with a 2-year-old, I could actually relax a little 🥹

Definitely one of those places worth remembering for bad weather days in Hokkaido.
