Can we talk about Global Entry?!

Last time I arrived at DFW, I was barely in the Global Entry line when the agent/officer called my name out to say I was good. The amount of people nervous about facial recognition like it’s not already set up. The fact that I was cleared from across the room is wild. Part of me wonders if they somehow upload flight manifests and match our face to the list.

Also I think every country I visited this trip took a scan of my face and digital fingerprints before I cleared passport control/customs.

Went to learn about Asian elephants earlier this week. It was kinda cool getting to assist with feeding them. Not sure how I feel about “sanctuaries” even tho this was one of the more “ethical” ones whatever that means. Heavy on the “ “ I suppose.

…but there’s nothing more Thailand than elephants.

I confess when I was in Bangkok, I really wanted to try out Wingstop Thailand, but I didn’t. And I regret it most days. 😩😩😩

Especially because I was sick and wanting comfort food. 🤦🏾‍♀️

This rain disrespectful, but at least the temps will be lower for a few days. I told someone the heat in a Thailand makes you wish you went to church more. 😩😩😩🙊

Gotta decide if I wanna melt or shelter in place tomorrow. Hmmm…. Decisions.
