And with great pride, we recognised Mr. Collins Otieno, a resident of Mbita and a health worker serving in Rarieda Constituency, who purchased the 4 millionth Waterbus ticket , a ticket that now holds a special place in our journey.

As a token of appreciation, Collins has earned a lifetime WaterBus travel ticket for himself, his wife and their three children. This means more opportunities to travel and connect beyond the two days a week he currently uses Waterbus to get to work.

For us, this is what the 4 million passenger milestone represents not just a number, but people, families, livelihoods and opportunities made possible through safe and reliable water transport.
