Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: McCarthy Hills, Accra, Ghana

Net Salary: GHS 2,500 per month
About the Role
Codirect Courier and Fulfillment Center is looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Finance Officer to join our team in McCarthy Hills, Accra. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and ensure full compliance with company policies and statutory financial requirements in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and supporting accounting documentation.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and conduct monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company financial guidelines and statutory requirements (GRA tax filings, SSNIT contributions, etc.).
• Support month-end and year-end financial closure procedures.
• Perform additional finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
• Secondary Education: West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE / SHS Certificate) with a minimum grade of A1 in Core Mathematics.
• Tertiary Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division) from a• recognized university.
• Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant accounting/finance experience (completed National Service or internship roles in finance are acceptable).
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, tables) and standard office productivity suites.
• Core Competencies:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team.
