I would like to inform that we are in the progress of organizing an event which will be held mid this year.The purpose of this event is helping the girl child from a poor background,talk of Mathare,kibera ,wajir etc for them to own a SANITARY TOWEL.its charitable event thus the door for the donors is wide open even if it is one.

I hereby invite you to the KASA officials meeting that will take place at EASA on 6th Friday as from 1:30 pm.
On the agenda list will be;
1. Drafting the strategic plan for the Girl child empowerment programme that will be implemented in conjuction with ICAO.
2. Drafting a mass recruitment plan.
3. Further farmilirisation with the KASA aims and objectives.
4. An approved ICAO flying school.
5. Assigning related duties to the various student committees.

Kenya Aviation Students Association.(KASA)

Has the following objectives.

1. To unite the students fraternity through workable engagements
Schemes, mentorship and exchange programmes.

2. To enhance safety by providing an enabling working environment for the future industry players.

3. To reduce the gaps between Pilots, Operators, Engineers and basically everybody that has a hand on approach in the aviation activities.

4. To protect and promote student’s rights.

5. To merge with the Kenya civil aviation authority and create public awareness to parties interested in doing aviation courses by replenishing them with the right information as far as the training organizations are involved.

6. To ensure an equal representation of training institutions and students in KASA.

7. To organise for an annual congress of the Kenya aviation students in the East African School of Aviation whereby key industry players shall be invited annually to take part in the same.

8. To increase and enhance the power of collective bargaining among the students in relation to their daily challenges.

9. To receive and address challenges that student’s face in their learning endeavours and places of attachment or internship in conjunction with the legal bodies.

10. To hold rotational talks in schools and submit reports regarding the same to the KCAA board of inspectors.

11. To enhance innovation and support by pushing potential ideas from fellow students to potential sponsors.

12. To protect and safeguard the environment.

13. To create employment for few students who shall act as the office bearers.
