For the first time since we started, the entire Otto team is under one roof.

We’ve always been remote. People building from Uganda, USA and from different corners of Kenya, shipping product over screens and calls and late-night messages. This week we changed that. We flew everyone in, put them in one building in Nairobi, and gave ourselves five days to do something we’ve never done together in person: rebuild our product from the ground up.

From Monday to Friday we’re coworking side by side, and we’re doing the whole thing out in the open. Livestreaming across TikTok, Instagram and Twitch so you can watch how it actually happens. The good stretches, the hard problems, the moments that make a team feel like a team.

This is Otto and GoBookIt, in the same room, building something we think you’re going to love.
