Some ideas don’t begin in a boardroom.

They begin while replying to WhatsApp messages, checking M-Pesa, updating stock, packing orders and wondering if there’s a better way.

Minada was born from years of working alongside Kenyan businesses through Pickup Mtaani and living those same experiences firsthand while building Stationery Central Depot.

To help make package drop-offs faster, easier, and more accessible for all our customers and vendors, we are relocating our Star Mall C7 office and Philadelphia House 4th Floor office to ONE centralized location.

✨ NEW LOCATION:
📍 Gogo Mall – Ground Floor
(Inside Bus Station, next to County Link buses, next to the South B buses & matatus stage)

Why this move?
✔ Easier ground floor access
✔ No more stairs or long lift waits
✔ Faster package drop-offs

Once we collect we will send you a photo to confirm , after we will then create a code to dispatch the item to either your agent, doorstep or courier of choice an prompt you for payment.

It will then arrive same day , simple , affordable and easy for you .

Once we have your package:

If your items are in different locations, we consolidate everything for you (small fee per package) — so you’re not moving around CBD carrying bags. 😭✨
