Honoring 20 Years of Dedicated Service – Thank You, Robinson! 🎉👏
We recently gathered to celebrate and honor Robinson, a dedicated member of the FIT family, who has faithfully served the company for the past 20 years.
Robinson began his journey with FIT two decades ago as a Field Officer in the Operations Department. Throughout his years of service, he has consistently demonstrated loyalty, commitment, and genuine passion for his work. His dedication and tireless efforts have made a significant contribution to the growth and success of the company.
To appreciate his remarkable service, the company organized a small farewell ceremony led by our Managing Director, Mr. Sasi, who joined us from Uganda. The event was filled with warmth and gratitude as colleagues shared moments and memories from Robinson’s long and impactful career.
During the celebration, Robinson expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the company, stating that FIT is truly a safe and supportive place to work. He emphasized that his decision to retire is solely due to age, as he now prepares to take a well-deserved rest after many years of dedicated service.
The ceremony included cake cutting, presentation of gifts, and a token of appreciation handed over by Mr. Sasi on behalf of the company. It was a touching moment that reflected the strong bond and family spirit within FIT.
