Meet Mac, the gentle Labrador. His family contacted us to assist with his travel to London. We gave advice on the crate training, paperwork timelines, and step by step guidance to make sure his travel from Kilifi, Kenya to the U.K. was safe and comfortable for him.

We made sure the caring family was updated until he arrived home safe.

We wish him and his family well as they settle back home.

Excited that Frekkel, Iwe, and Kaya are back home in Amsterdam. They were travelling from Blantyre, Malawi to The Netherlands, transiting through Nairobi, and Frankfurt, Germany.

There were last minute flight cancellations and changes during their travel, but we found solutions immediately, made sure documentation was still valid, and kept the family in the loop at all times. All this while ensuring that Frekkel, Iwe, and Kaya were well taken care of, and safe.

We love this!

The adorable Lulu and Umi are back home safe in Milan 🇮🇹, cuddling up by the fireplace, in time for the holidays 🥰. We arranged for all their pre - travel preparation and documentation from Nairobi, Kenya to Italy. We guided the lovely family through all the steps of their travel.

We wish them all the best as they settle in.
