PROCEDURES
Bookings - Phone or fax with the following details to arrange a booking:
• Name and address of overseas customer
• Number of pieces
• Weight of pieces
• Measure of pieces
• General description of goods
We will arrange a booking and advise you on the details. Once you have raised an invoice, a
copy of this should be faxed to us. Please note the following information should always
appear on your invoice:
• Currency used
• Basis of sale
• Name of pieces
• Total weight
We will arrange the customs export formalities and pick up. After completion of the
documentation, we will return the copies to you. EXPORTING SERVICES
Procedure
Once you have ascertained the method of transport you need, phone us with the dimensions,
weight, number of pieces and destination. We will arrange a booking, When the goods are ready, fax us a copy of your invoice and we
will organise the transport to the gateway port and prepare all documentation. Sea Freight
Our extensive shipping schedules enable you to select a vessel WHICH WILL BEST SUIT
YOUR TIMETABLE. Air Freight
We are able to offer both airline and consolidation services to all corners of the globe. Our
rates are competitive and our offshore agents will arrange customs formalities and delivery. Road Freight
We handle road freight shipments mostly within Eastern African countries; Tanzania,
Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda and South Sudan. We have offices at major border points that
facilitate efficient clearance i.e. at Namanga, Busia, Malaba and Isbania . Courier Service
An option for URGENT or smaller consignments is the use of a courier service. We are the
agents for several courier companies and offer a competitive door-to-door service. Free into store delivery
We can arrange delivery of the consignment to your Customer's door. You can either agree to
accept, pay the taxes in the importing country or we will arrange to collect from your
customer.
