Have you ever wondered why “My Grind, My Future” is more than just a phrase for us?
It’s the ethos that guides everything we do, the belief that your future is something you can work towards, shape and own.
And if we wanted to paint the perfect picture of what that looks like, Betsy Ronoh is a perfect example.
Betsy started her journey as a SheBuilds participant, building her confidence, communication skills, interview skills and workplace readiness.
Through her journey, she also went through Generation Kenya employer-focused training, gaining skills aligned to the roles employers are hiring for.
Today, she's a Customer Service Representative.👏🏾
