On the morning of Monday, August 10, 2026, PTLS Dry Port had the honor of welcoming four Customs and Excise officers who were assigned to be stationed directly at PTLS Dry Port, under the leadership of Mr. Kdov Nuch, Director of the Customs and Excise Department at the Dry Port.

On this occasion, the Director General of PTLS Dry Port held a consultative meeting with the officers to discuss cooperation and coordination on relevant matters, with the aim of ensuring faster, more convenient, and highly efficient services for customers.

The deployment of Customs and Excise officers at PTLS Dry Port marks an important step in enhancing operational readiness and strengthening PTLS Dry Port’s capacity to provide efficient and seamless services to its customers.

On the morning of 22 July 2026, PTLS Dry Port, located in Kol Krasna Village, Snoar Commune, Kamboul District, Phnom Penh, officially commenced its Soft Opening, organized by PTLS Cooperation Co., Ltd.

PTLS Dry Port has been developed on a 52,447-square-meter site and is equipped with full comprehensive infrastructure to support efficient logistics operations. Its facilities include a Container Yard (CY), Warehouse, Administrative Office, Entry and Exit Gates, as well as Customs and Excise office.

PTLS Dry Port is committed to strengthening Cambodia's logistics and transportation network, with a particular focus on promoting the use of railway transportation. As part of the logistics zone and dry port development project along the railway corridor, the facility will connect cargo and products from the northern provinces, including Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, and Pursat, to the river ports and the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, enhancing transportation efficiency and improving Cambodia's competitiveness.

Our operations team is fully prepared to provide high-quality, efficient, and transparent services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
