Duties:
As a Patient Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assisting with patient mobility and transfers.
• Meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders as per instructions from the family or registered nurse.
• Assisting with social activities, appointments, or outings.
• Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment, including light housekeeping.
• Accurately and timely documenting patient information.

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Bonus opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience (Required)
• License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required), CNA/CHHA or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire (Required)
• Shift Availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred), Overnight Shift (Preferred)
