ඉතින් තියෙන්නේ කෝම්පිට්ටු කිරිබත්..
ලුණු මිරිස් නම් නැහැ,
ඒ වෙනුවට සැරට හදපු මිරිස් මාළු...
කාල කෝෆී එකක් බොනවාද.....................
මේ සතිය කිසිම කරදරයක් නැතුව සතුට විතරක්ම ලැබේවා.....!......................

ලුණු ස්නැක්ස් එක..
ඇත්තටම රසයි..
පැකට් එකෙත් ගොඩක් තියෙනවා,
කිසිම වෙනසක් නැහැ ටිපි ටිප් විදියමයි...
කාපු අය රස කියන් යන්න...
නොකාපු අය වෙලාවක කාල බලන්න...........................

මේ දවස්වල අඹ තියෙනවනේ,
ඉතින් අඹ රසට ,සුවඳට ගෙදරම ජෙලිි හැදුවා...
රස කාරක නැති..,
බය නැතුව බබාලටත් දෙන්න පුළුවන්....................
මුලින්ම මම කලේ,
අඹ ටික හොඳට බ්ලෙන්ඩ් කරලා,
හොඳින් පෙරා ගත්තා....
ඊට පස්සේ ජෙලටින් මේස හැඳි දෙකකට,
උණු වතුර මේස හැදි තුනක් දාලා ,
හොඳින් දිය කරගෙන,
ඒකට බ්ලෙන්ඩ් කර ගත්ත අඹ,
අවශ්‍ය පමණට සීනි,
එකතු කරලා ශීතකරණයේ පහළ කොටසේ තිබ්බා...
තිබ්බෙ නම් ඊයෙ රෑ,
දැන් ඉතින් මේ බලන්නකෝ....👌👌............................
So, I made homemade jelly..........................
Mangoes are in season these days,
So, I made jelly at home with a delicious mango taste and aroma...
No artificial flavors...
Safe to give to babies too...................
First, what I did was blend the mangoes well,
And strained it thoroughly....
After that, I took two tablespoons of gelatin,
Added three tablespoons of hot water,
Dissolved it well,
Then added the blended mango,
And the required amount of sugar,
Mixed it all together and kept it in the bottom part (chiller) of the refrigerator...
I kept it there last night,
Now, just look at this....👌👌
