Every morning at UAB Kamida starts with one goal – solve today's challenges before they become tomorrow's problems. 🧡

Every team starts the day with a short Asaichi meeting.

In just 10–20 minutes, we review the previous day, discuss the most important topics and agree on clear actions for the day ahead.

Everyone has clear KPIs, allowing information to flow quickly through the organisation. By 11:00, our CEO already has a clear picture of yesterday's performance and today's priorities.

These meetings are always held standing up to keep discussions short, focused and action-oriented.

This way of working has been part of Kamida for several years. It is not about control. It is about transparency, ownership and solving problems before they become bigger ones.

It is also something we proudly share with customers during their visits, because reliable transport is built not only on trucks, but on people, communication and continuous improvement. 🧡

🚛 Last Sunday, our driver Alfonsas Brasas celebrated his 75th birthday and today marks 10 years together with UAB Kamida 🎉

Alfonsas started his journey in transport back in 1995. Over the years, he has worked with car transporters, frigo trailers, tandem trucks and for the last 17 years has been dedicated to silo bulk transport. Thousands of kilometers across Europe, changing technologies, different generations of transport, yet the same professionalism, responsibility and passion for the job remain unchanged.

At Kamida, we truly value loyalty. People like Alfonsas are a big part of what makes our company strong today. Experience like this cannot be built overnight and loyalty like this deserves real appreciation.

From internship to full-time. 🧡

Just a few months ago, Navindu Dias and Kamilija Girut joined UAB Kamida as interns. From the very beginning, they stood out for their curiosity, energy and willingness to understand how the transport business really works.

For their final project, they went out to speak directly with our drivers and capture their real experience at Kamida. No script, just real conversations. What you see in this video is only a small part of the work they did during their time here.

The best part of this story? From May 1st, both of them have officially joined Kamida Group as full-time team members.

This is how it works at Kamida. Internships turn into long-term careers.
