Kodėl 2026-aisiais vėl brangsta transportas?
Ne tik dėl kuro. Šiandien kainas spaudžia keli veiksniai vienu metu:
1. Kuras
Naftos ir dyzelino kainos išlieka aukštos, o tai tiesiogiai kelia transporto savikainą.
2. Geopolitika
Konfliktai Artimuosiuose Rytuose, rizikos laivybos maršrutams ir brangesnis draudimas reiškia papildomas išlaidas visai tiekimo grandinei.
3. Pajėgumai
Ilgesni maršrutai, vėlavimai, uostų spūstys ir mažesnis transporto prieinamumas didina kainą.
4. Vairuotojai
Vairuotojų trūkumas niekur nedingo. Darbo kaštai auga, o papildomų pajėgumų rinkoje greitai sukurti nepavyksta.
5. Kiti veiklos kaštai
Draudimas, remontas, padangos, finansavimas, kelių mokesčiai ir aplinkosaugos reikalavimai taip pat kelia savikainą.
Todėl šiandien transporto kainą lemia ne vien kilometrai.
Geopolitika → kuras → pajėgumai → veiklos kaštai → galutinė transporto kaina.

Why is transport getting more expensive again in 2026?
It’s not just about fuel. Several factors are putting pressure on transport costs at the same time:
1. Fuel
Oil and diesel prices remain high, directly increasing transport costs.
2. Geopolitics
Conflicts in the Middle East, risks to shipping routes and higher insurance costs are adding pressure across the entire supply chain.
3. Capacity
Longer routes, delays, port congestion and limited transport availability are pushing prices higher.
4. Drivers
The driver shortage hasn’t disappeared. Labour costs are rising, while additional capacity cannot be created overnight.
5. Other operating costs
Insurance, maintenance, tyres, financing, road tolls and environmental requirements are all adding to the cost base.
So today, transport costs are driven by much more than kilometres.
Geopolitics → fuel → capacity → operating costs → transport rates.

Ar AI pakeis dispečerį?
AI jau gali planuoti maršrutus, sekti krovinius ir prognozuoti vėlavimus.
Bet kas nutinka, kai:
🚛 vairuotojas įstrigo,
⏰ pakrovimas vėluoja,
📍 klientas laukia šiandien?
Čia neužtenka algoritmo. Reikia sprendimo. Dabar.
Todėl gal klausimas ne „ar AI pakeis dispečerį?“
O:
„Ar geras dispečeris, naudodamas AI, taps dar geresnis?“
Logistika keičiasi. Ir mes keičiamės kartu.

Will AI Replace the Dispatcher?
AI can already plan routes, track shipments, and predict delays.
But what happens when:
🚛 the driver gets stuck,
⏰ loading is delayed,
📍 and the customer is waiting today?
That’s when an algorithm alone isn’t enough.
You need a decision. Now.
So maybe the question isn’t:
“Will AI replace the dispatcher?”
But rather:
“Will a good dispatcher, using AI, become even better?”
Logistics is changing.
And we’re changing with it.

Duomenų logistikoje jau tikrai netrūksta.
GPS rodo, kur yra transportas.
Telematika - kaip jis važiuoja.
TMS - kas vyksta su užsakymais.
ETA - kada turėtų atvykti.
Kuro duomenys - kiek kainuoja judėjimas.
Tai kur problema?
Dažnai ne duomenų kiekyje, o tame, kad jie gyvena atskirai.
Kai duomenys sujungti, galima ne tik matyti, kad reisas vėluoja, bet suprasti kodėl - ir sureaguoti dar prieš atsirandant problemai.
Duomenų turėti lengva. Sunkiau paversti juos sprendimu.
Gero penktadienio - ir mažiau dashboardų dėl dashboardų.

There’s certainly no shortage of data in logistics.
GPS shows where the vehicle is.
Telematics shows how it’s driving.
TMS shows what’s happening with the orders.
ETA shows when it should arrive.
Fuel data shows how much the movement costs.
So, where’s the problem?
Often, it’s not the amount of data - it’s the fact that it all lives in separate places.
When data is connected, you can do more than just see that a shipment is delayed. You can understand why - and react before it becomes a problem.
Having data is easy. Turning it into a decision is harder.
Happy Friday - and fewer dashboards just for the sake of having dashboards.
