When Dominik Sipinski walks into your office, you know the conversation will not stay on the surface. And this one definitely didn’t.

Our CEO Vytenis Suklys opened his door, and his thinking, to talk about what this year really means for Avion Express: how we recover after a challenging period, what is happening in the market, what our partners need from us, and how we prepare the organisation for a growth phase.

The conversation went from recent market disruptions to the difference between airlines that see ACMI as a strategic part of their fleet planning and those that are less used to working with it. It also went deeper into one of our strategic priorities, Avion Express Brazil, as the company, with IOSA in hand, moves from building the product to building the market, with the ambition to grow into a strong standalone company.

And behind all of it is a simple point about what ACMI really means, as Vytenis summed it up:

“Our product is the seamless experience we deliver: operational reliability, professional and experienced crews, and the agility to respond to the ever-changing needs of our partners.”

We’re proud of our long-standing partners, and equally excited to welcome new ones. Every new partnership brings a fresh challenge, a new way to adapt, and another opportunity to provide reliable support.

Recently, we welcomed two airlines that are new to our partner network: Flyone Armenia and TAROM. One A320 is based in Yerevan to support FlyOne Armenia, while another A320 is based in Bucharest to support TAROM’s capacity needs during the busy summer season.
