هل فعلاً الدلاع فيه كيماوي يسبب السرطان؟

فيه كلام واجد واشاعات هالأيام يقول إن الدلاع فيه مواد كيماوية وتسبب في ميات حالات سرطان ف ليبيا!

صحيح، مرات الفواكه يرشوها بمبيدات زراعية، وهدا يصير في كل بلاد العالم، لكن:

باش مادة كيماوية تسبب سرطان، لازم تتعرضلها بكميات كبيرة ولفترة طويلة، يعني مش من أكلة وحدة.

السرطان ما يجيش في يوم وليلة.. ياخذ سنين باش يبان.

حتى لو فيه تسمم من المبيدات، تطلع أعراض زي المغص، الغثيان، الإسهال، مش سرطان مباشر.


ما فيش حتى تقرير رسمي أو طبي في ليبيا قال إن فيه 400
حالة سرطان من ورا الدلاع.

منظمة الصحة العالمية والوكالة الدولية للسرطان ما قالتش إن فيه مواد في البطيخ تسبب السرطان.

النصيحة:
اغسل الدلاع كويس، واشتر من ناس تعرفهم، ومتصدقش أي إشاعة تسمعها.

بلاش تنشروا الرعب بين الناس بدون دليل، وشارك المعلومة الصح.

يا جماعة، خلونا نحكوا على موضوع مهم يخص استخدام الزيوت النباتية في الطهي. العديد منا يعتقد أن الزيوت النباتية خيار صحي، لكن هل هذا صحيح؟ في الواقع، بعض الدراسات الحديثة تقول أن الزيوت النباتية ممكن تكون مضرة بالصحة، خاصة عند تعرضها لدرجات حرارة عالية أثناء الطهي.

شن يصير لما نسخن الزيوت النباتية؟

عند تسخين الزيوت النباتية لدرجات حرارة عالية، مثل القلي، تتعرض لتفاعلات كيميائية تنتج مركبات ضارة مثل "الألدهيدات". هذه المركبات ارتبطت بزيادة مخاطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب والسرطان. دراسة أجرتها جامعة دي مونتفورت في بريطانيا وجدت أن الطهي بالزيوت النباتية ينتج كميات كبيرة من الألدهيدات مقارنة بالزبدة أو زيت الزيتون.

شن البدائل الصحية؟

بدلاً من استخدام الزيوت النباتية المكررة أو المهدرجة، يمكن اختيار زيوت أكثر استقرارًا عند التسخين، مثل:

زيت الزيتون البكر الممتاز: يحتوي على دهون أحادية غير مشبعة ومضادات أكسدة، ومناسب للطهي على درجات حرارة متوسطة.

زيت جوز الهند: غني بالدهون المشبعة المستقرة عند التسخين، ومناسب للقلي.

السمن البلدي: خيار جيد للقلي والطهي بدرجات حرارة عالية.

نصائح عامة:

تجنب إعادة استخدام الزيت: إعادة استخدام زيت القلي يزيد من تكوين المركبات الضارة التي قد تزيد من خطر الإصابة بالسرطان.

تخزين الزيت بشكل صحيح: حافظ على الزيت في مكان بارد ومظلم، وبعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس، لتجنب تكسيره وتكون المركبات الضارة.

صباح الخير...
ڤيروس ميتانيومو البشري HMPV قديم ومعروف وليس بجديد، وينتشر في موسم الشتاء حال باقي ڤيروسات الجهاز التنفسي، ويسبب غالباً أعراض مشابهة لأعراض الإنفلونزا + الكورونا. ولا يتم تشخيص الحالات عندنا في ليبيا في كل موسم بسبب قله الامكانيات و ضعف البنيه تحتيه الصحية،
لا جديد الآن غير أن بعض القنوات الإخبارية و وسائل تواصل اجتماعي تحب تهوّل بهالأمور،

على الرغم من زيادة الحالات بين الأطفال، أكدت السلطات الصينية أن هذه الزيادة تتماشى مع النمط الموسمي المعتاد لأمراض الجهاز التنفسي خلال فصل الشتاء، وأن الوضع أقل حدة مقارنة بالعام السابق.
حيقولوا يقولوا ان انتشر في الهند وفي اليابان ودول شرق اسيا... قل له يا عزيزي هو اصلا في كل فصل ينشر مش قضيه.
لكن وافطن ❗❗❗
الفيروس يؤدي في بعض الحالات إلى مضاعفات أكثر خطورة مثل الالتهاب الرئوي الأولي والثانوي البكتيري، خاصة لدى الأطفال الصغار وكبار السن والأشخاص ذوي المناعة الضعيفة، وهذا يتماشى كذلك مع باقي فيروسات الجهاز التنفسي.

• الإلتزام بطرق الوقاية المعروفة

Is long term intermittent fasting advisable?

How do we tailor the diet/advise those patients who are very keen with intermittent fasting and will continue doing so even when the HbA1c has been optimized?

People with diabetes should not embark on intermittent fasting without informing their physician. Anti-diabetic medications will need adjustments, monitored closely and proactively to reduce the risk of hypoglycaemia. Current evidence does not show superiority of IF vs healthy eating for long term weight loss and metabolic control. What the patient eats during his window of eating still matters.

Recommendations for meal replacement formula

What type of products available in malaysia for meal replacement?

If for patients with diabetes, we prefer to use diabetes-specific formula as there is clear evidence that it would benefit weight and glucose outcomes as well as cardiovascular risks.

Q1: Prof, regarding meal replacement plan, what should we tell our patients in clinic? They have to buy on own and any particular brand of MRP that we can suggest to patients?rnrnQ2: Thank you for your reply, Prof Nisak. Prof mentioned that each service of diabetes-specific formula costs roughly RM 4 - 5, if patient is keen to give a try, do we refer patient to dietitian for counselling or patient can just go to pharmacist to get any diabetic specific meal replacement formula on own? Thank you so much.

A1: For patients who face challenges with food choices and are willing to consider MRP, we can inform that it will help with portion control and reduce glucose variability and post-prandial blood glucose. They can use the MRP as partial meal replacements, i.e. eat with protein or salad. I would recommend diabetes-specific formulas only, and each service is actually not that expensive, i.e. RM 4 - 5 only.

A2: Yes, the patient should be referred to a dietitian for a proper meal replacement plan with a diabetes-specific formula (DSF). Then, they can get the DSF at any pharmacy nearby to them.
