Arawan Luxury Desert Camp sits at Erg Lihoudi, near M'hamid El Ghizlane, at the edge of the Sahara. The camp was co-founded on land belonging to the family of our Amazigh guide and business partner, reflecting a non-extractive model of tourism โ meaning the benefits of tourism stay within the community that hosts it. Guests can expect luxury desert tents, star-filled skies far from any light pollution, traditional Amazigh music around the fire, camel treks across the dunes, and hospitality that comes from genuine cultural pride.
