β’ Graduated or Bachelor degree holder.
β’ Understanding in customer service role and freight forwarding industry.
β’ Basic computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
β’ Have aggressive and ambitious, dynamic, open minded, highly committed.
β’ Good team player and interpersonal skill.
β’ Well organized under working pressure.
πΌ Position Summary
β’ Responsible for planning & executing activities related to all the file management & operations activities of post booking and after.
β’ Act the owner of the job file and will also be responsible for creating & updating of shipping documents & update information to customer and overseas agent. This role will need to closely coordinate with customer service, carrier booking department for necessary to ensure best in class service to customers.
πΌ Job Scope & Responsibility
β’ Send draft House Bill of Lading (HBL) to customer for verification.
β’ Confirm carrier bill of lading in accordance with SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) requirement.
β’ Revise HBL/ Master Bill of Lading (MBL) if required and prepare the final HBL/MBL.
β’ Proper manage to the files and ensure correct version, accurately references number is saved as necessary for the future usage.
β’ Closely follow up with customer for document submission as required by client.
β’ Ensure document is checked, verified, sort and count accurately before upload and dispatch to client.
β’ Drive closure for any outstanding tasks/issues.
β’ Involving payment activities between carriers, customer and destination agent.
β’ Involving problem solving with communicate to relevant stakeholders to be ensured all team members are aware and create preventive action from each function.
β’ Submit pre-alert to the destination.
β’ Acts as customer Service in case of any missing information/ input from relevant department.
β’ Informed carrier update information, vessel schedule to all related department.
