Singapore ICA – No-Boarding Directive (NBD) Effective from 30 January 2026
၁။ အရေးကြီး သတိပေးချက်
၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၃၀ ရက်မှစ၍ ICA သည် No-Boarding Directive (NBD) ထုတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ NBD ထုတ်ထားသူများသည် လက်မှတ်ရှိထားသော်လည်း လေယာဉ်ပေါ် တက်ရောက်ခွင့် မရရှိပါ။
၂။ လေယာဉ်မတက်ခွင့် ဖြစ်နိုင်သည့် အကြောင်းရင်းများ
စင်ကာပူဗီဇာ မှန်ကန်မှုမရှိခြင်း;
ပတ်စ်ပို့ သက်တမ်း ၆ လ မပြည့်ခြင်း;
SGAC မတင်သွင်းထားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် မှားယွင်းခြင်း;
ခရီးသွားအချက်အလက် မပြည့်စုံခြင်း;
ICA မှ တားမြစ်ထားသူအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခံရခြင်း
၃။ စာရွက်စာတမ်း ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း
ပတ်စ်ပို့ သက်တမ်း အနည်းဆုံး ၆ လရှိရမည်;
စင်ကာပူဗီဇာလိုအပ်ပါက အထောက်အထားပါရှိရမည်;
ခရီးမသွားခင် အနည်းဆုံး ၃ရက်ကြို၍ Singapore Arrival Card ကို မှန်ကန်စွာ တင်သွင်းထားရန်;
လက်မှတ်အချက်အလက်နှင့် ပတ်စ်ပို့အချက်အလက် ကိုက်ညီစေရန်;
(လိုအပ်ပါက)အပြန်လက်မှတ် /ဆက်လက်ထွက်ခွာမည့်ခရီးစဥ် လက်မှတ်;
(လိုအပ်ပါက) နေထိုင်မည့်နေရာ အထောက်အထား;
SGAC Confirm Email ကိုဖုန်းထဲသိမ်းထားရန်/ Print ထုတ်ထားရန်
၄။ အရေးကြီး အချက်အလက်
NBD ညွှန်ကြားချက်: ICA NBD ထုတ်ထားသူများ လေယာဉ်ပေါ် တက်ရောက်ခွင့် မရပါ;
SGAC စိစစ်မှု: ICA reply email အချိန်ကြာနိုင်ပါသည်၊ SGAC ကို ကြိုတင်တင်သွင်းပါ။
Email/Print ထားပြီး Check-in အဆင်သင့်ဆောင်ထားရန်
၅။ လေယာဉ်စီးခွင့် ငြင်းဆိုခံရပါက
ICA Feedback Channel မှတဆင့် ICA သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်;
ICA ခွင့်ပြုပြီးမှ လေယာဉ်အသစ် စီစဉ်ရန်;
လေယာဉ်မတက်ခွင့်ကြောင့်ဖြစ်သော ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များ ခရီးသွား တာဝန်ယူရမည်
၆။ အကြံပြုချက်
လေကြောင်းလိုင်းများ ICA အညွှန်ကြားချက်ကို လိုက်နာရမည်;
ခရီးမထွက်မီ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ စစ်ဆေးရန်;
SGAC (Singapore Arrival Card) Confirm Email ကို Print ထုတ်၍ သိမ်းထားရန်
1. Key Advisory
From 30 January 2026, ICA may issue a No-Boarding Directive (NBD). Passengers under NBD will not be allowed to board flights to Singapore, even with a valid ticket.
2. Reasons for Denied Boarding
- Invalid or missing Singapore visa;
- Passport validity less than 6 months;
- SG Arrival Card (SGAC) not submitted or incorrect;
- Incomplete or mismatched travel information;
- Identified as ineligible, prohibited, or undesirable
3. Preparation – Travel Documents
- Passport valid ≥6 months;
- Valid Singapore visa (if required);
- Submit SGAC (Singapore Arrival Card) correctly at least 3days advance of Departure;
- Ensure ticket details match passport;
- Return/onward ticket if required;
- Proof of accommodation if requested;
- Keep SGAC confirmation email ready
4. Fact / Important Notes
1. NBD Advisory: Passengers notified by ICA under NBD will not be allowed to board flights;
2. SGAC Verification: ICA reply may take time. Submit SGAC well in advance, keep email or print copy for check-in
5. If Boarding Is Denied
- Contact ICA via ICA Feedback Channel;
- Arrange new flight only after ICA approval;
- Denied boarding costs are passenger’s responsibility
6. Important Reminder
- Airlines must comply with ICA instructions;
- Check documents before departure; Keep SGAC email or printout ready
