ေမတၱာရပ္ခံေတာင္းပန္ခ်က္

၁။ ၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ MyCO မွတ္ပုံတင္စနစ္ စတင္ထုတ္လႊင့္ၿပီးေနာက္ စနစ္သို႔ အမ်ားျပည္သူမ်ားဝင္ေရာက္အသုံးျပဳရာတြင္ နည္းပညာဆိုင္ရာအခက္အခဲေတြ႕ရွိရပါသည္။ ဥပမာအားျဖင့္

(က) MyCO မွတ္ပုံတင္စနစ္တြင္ ဝင္ေရာက္အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားမ်ားျပားသျဖင့္ Database သို႔ ဝင္ေရာက္ရန္ၾကန္႔ၾကာေနျခင္း။
(ခ) MyCO မွတ္ပုံတင္စနစ္တြင္ ျဖည့္စြက္သည့္ ကုမၸဏီဆိုင္ရာအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား အား မွတ္ပုံတင္စနစ္မွ အတည္ျပဳေဆာင္႐ြက္ျခင္းလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ား ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရာ တြင္ System ၏ အားနည္းခ်က္ ျဖစ္ေပၚျခင္း။
(ဂ) ကုမၸဏီမွတ္ပုံတင္ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားတင္ျပျခင္းႏွင့္ အတည္ျပဳျခင္းေဆာင္႐ြက္ရာတြင္ စနစ္ေပၚ၌သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားေပ်ာက္ဆုံးမႈျဖစ္ေပၚျခင္း။

၂။ MyCO နည္းပညာအဖြဲ႕မွ အပိုဒ္ (၁) ပါ အခက္အခဲမ်ားအေပၚ အခ်ိန္မီျပင္ဆင္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္ ေနျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ သို႔ရာတြင္ စနစ္၏လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားပိုမိုေသခ်ာမႈရွိေစရန္ႏွင့္ အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ား ယုံၾကည္စိတ္ခ်မႈရရွိေစရန္ လိုအပ္သည့္ စမ္းသပ္မႈမ်ားေဆာင္႐ြက္လ်က္ ရွိပါသျဖင့္ ၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၆ ရက္ေန႔ (တနလၤာေန႔)မွ ျပန္လည္ဝင္ေရာက္အသုံးျပဳပါရန္ ေမတၱာရပ္ခံအပ္ပါသည္။

၃။ ကုမၸဏီမွတ္ပုံတင္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား အေရးႀကီးေဆာင္႐ြက္ရန္ရွိပါက ရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈႏွင့္ ကုမၸဏီမ်ား ၫႊန္ၾကားမႈဦးစီးဌာန၊ ႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္ႏွင့္ နယ္႐ုံးခြဲမ်ား၏ အမ်ားျပည္သူဝန္ေဆာင္မႈေပးသည့္ Kiosk ေနရာ မ်ားတြင္ (၂-၈-၂၀၁၈၊ ၃-၈-၂၀၁၈၊ ၄-၈-၂၀၁၈) ရက္မ်ားတြင္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ေပးမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း အသိေပးအပ္ပါသည္။

၄။ MyCO စနစ္အသုံးျပဳမႈအတြက္ အဆင္မေျပမႈမ်ားအားလုံးအတြက္ ရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈႏွင့္ ကုမၸဏီ မ်ား ၫႊန္ၾကားမႈဦးစီးဌာနမွ ေတာင္းပန္အပ္ပါသည္။
