Job Title: R&D Supervisor/Executive (1) Post

โข Supervise and manage production staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. Enforce adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
โข Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the entire production cycle, from raw material handling to the final product.
โข Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods and packaging materials to ensure they comply with quality standards, packaging integrity, and regulatory requirements.
โข Maintain detailed production records and documentation, including batch details, production timelines, and quality control data, to ensure traceability, accountability, and compliance.
โข Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards at every stage of the production process, ensuring the facility remains clean and compliant with industry safety and health regulations.
โข Leverage knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory processes to enhance production quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

โข Bachelorโs degree in industrial chemistry or a related field.
โข 3-4 years of supervisory experience in an FMCG or related manufacturing industry (preferably with prior experience in coffee production or a similar food/beverage manufacturing environment).
โข Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety standards within manufacturing settings.
โข Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, resolve production issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
โข Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and report directly to senior management.
