Saying to Horses (Aduu)
Horses are animals of speed, pride, and wind. Our words focuses on pacing and emotional connection.
* Чүү! (Choo): A sharp reminder to pick up the pace or sprint.
* Гурийлах (Gurii, gurii): A gentle, melodic calling ritual used to soothe. It calms their wild nature and bonds them to the herder.

Winter Amarbayasgalant The complex of Amarbayasgalant Monastery was built during 1727-1736, in the honour of Undur Gegeen Zanabazar, the first Bogd, Buddhist leader of Mongolia. Amarbayasgalant Monastery is located far from the densely populated areas and purposed for conducting religious services and rituals in response to religious and spiritual demands of local herdsmen. Since its establishment, the Amarbayasgalant Monastery has always been a place of high religious and spiritual significance for nomadic herders who are living within and around of this sacred landscape. The architectures of this monastery are in perfect harmony with nature and environment. Restoration of the monastery began in 1988 with funds provided by UNESCO and private sources after neglecting 50 years. UNESCO registered this wonderful monastery as the World Heritage Site in 1996.

Mongolian winter is the most incredible season that you might experience and have trips to the countryside to visit nomadic families. Some people think that Mongolian winter is cold and there’s nothing to do. Of course, it gets cold in winter. But that’s no reason to stay indoors. Glittering with white snow, clear fresh air, sun and little chills are the image of Mongolian winter.
