A Message to Our Guests and Friends of Mongolia Quest

We understand that some of our guests have seen the recent U.S. Embassy message regarding fuel availability in Mongolia and may be concerned about upcoming travel plans.

We would like to reassure our travelers that our tours are continuing to operate as scheduled. Mongolia remains a U.S. Department of State Level 1 – Exercise Normal Precautions destination, the lowest travel advisory level. While the country is currently experiencing temporary fuel supply challenges, fuel continues to be available, and the Government of Mongolia is taking additional measures to prioritize supplies, including support for the tourism sector.

At Mongolia Quest, we anticipated the busy travel season and secured fuel reserves in advance for our operations. Our experienced team is closely monitoring the situation every day and is prepared to make any logistical adjustments necessary to ensure that our guests enjoy a safe and seamless journey.

Mongolia’s breathtaking landscapes, unique nomadic culture, and world-class paleontological and cultural experiences remain exactly as extraordinary as ever. We look forward to welcoming our guests and sharing the adventure of a lifetime.

Happy International Snow Leopard Day! 🐾
During our latest expedition, our camera trap captured a mother with three cubs, a relatively uncommon litter size, as snow leopards usually have one or two. A rare and joyful sight, this glimpse into their secretive world is a positive sign that these elusive predators are breeding successfully and thriving,bringing hope for their conservation despite ongoing challenges.
