We would like to inform you that this week (Feb 07 to Feb 13) the traffic light changes to yellow 🟡 for the whole Quintana Roo state, which means that in the past weeks we've been having much less positive cases! The authorities are further strengthening the security measures of all establishments in order to keep preventing further infections.

Some of the most relevant chages are:

✅ Hotels, Restaurants, archaeological sites, Theme parks, Golf courses, beaches, p***c parks, theaters and cinemas, Malls and markets, Barbershops, beauty salons will operate at 60% of their capacity
✅ Gyms and sport clubs will operate at 50% of their capacity
❎ Bars, Clubs and most Nightlife will remain closed

Dear guest, please do not let your guard down and keep taking care of yourself. The pandemic is still far from over; however, by following all the security measures and established protocols, you will soon be able to enjoy the Mexican Caribbean as before.

Some countries have implemented the requirement for their citizens to present a negative diagnostic test for Coronavirus Covid-19 (PCR AND ANTIGEN) to authorize their return to their country of origin. 🤩 The good news is that the destination is making it as easy as possible for visitors. 👍
