Alhamdulillah, as we approach Hari Raya, most of our drivers have safely returned home to celebrate with their families.

Before leaving, we witnessed a truly heartwarming sight. Our fleet parked so neatly and orderly. This reflects not just discipline, but the pride and ownership our team takes in their work.

A big thank you to everyone for your effort, teamwork, and commitment throughout the year.

We are truly honoured to be invited to the Chinese New Year Open House hosted by Angka-Tan Motor and Foton Malaysia. It was a wonderful gathering that strengthened partnerships and celebrated shared success within the industry. 🎉

🔧 Operational Improvement: Learning, Adapting, Improving
Earlier in the year, we reorganised our tyre warehouse by grouping inventory based on size, type, and demand frequency. While the initiative was well-intended, it did not deliver the efficiency gains we anticipated.

Instead of persisting, we chose to pivot.

Later in the year, we transitioned from mobile racking to fixed racking systems, investing in infrastructure that better supports safety, stability, and scalability. Key improvements include:

- 400 fixed racking pallet spaces dedicated to one of our customers
- Acquisition of a reach truck forklift, enhancing operational safety and efficiency

This journey reflects our belief that progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning quickly, adapting wisely, and investing in solutions that truly work.

📦 Warehouse Upgrade in November 2025

This November, we invested in a selective pallet racking system with 400 pallet spaces, successfully installed and completed within a single day. Our sincere thanks to the installer team for the smooth and efficient ex*****on.

Alongside the installation, our internal team designed and set up row signboards in house and implemented magnetic labelling for every individual pallet location, ensuring clear identification, better visibility, and more structured warehouse operations from day one.

While awaiting the arrival of our reach truck, we proactively adapted by borrowing equipment and temporarily utilizing up to 3 racking levels. This phase allowed our team to build confidence and skills in reach truck handling, while getting familiar with the 5 level selective pallet racking system. A step up from our mobile racking system, which operates up to 3 levels.

This milestone strengthens our operational readiness and lays the foundation for future expansion. We look forward to growing further in the near future 🚀

Strengthening Our Team with Advanced Truck Technology

In December, we successfully conducted a comprehensive training session on the new Quester trucks for our drivers, led by the UD Trucks dealer team. The program was carefully structured to ensure our drivers gained the essential knowledge and hands-on skills needed to operate the new fleet safely, confidently, and efficiently.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the UD dealer team for their professional support and expertise, as well as to all our drivers for their active participation and strong commitment to continuous improvement.

This completed training marks an important milestone in strengthening our operational capabilities and reinforcing safe and effective truck usage. We wish all our drivers continued success as they apply their newly acquired knowledge on the road.
