We would like to alert all parties to exercise caution when dealing with this company and its owner, Mr. Mathan.

Our company engaged their services for several shipments at KLIA and Port Klang (Northport / Westport) over the past month. Unfortunately, one of our shipments incurred SST 10%, and payment was transferred online to the company account for settlement purposes.

However, despite repeated follow-ups, the SST payment was allegedly not settled accordingly, and we were given different explanations on multiple occasions. Due to the urgency of our shipment, we eventually had no choice but to appoint another agent to handle the matter.

In addition, based on our own SSM checking, we noticed that the company registration status appeared to have expired since 2024, yet the company is still actively handling shipments at Port Klang and KLIA.

We sincerely hope all importers and exporters remain cautious and conduct proper verification before appointing any forwarding or logistics agent to handle their cargo.

This notice is shared based on our own experience for public awareness and precaution purposes.
