rcel delivery next day". Based on the foundation of traditional express delivery services, we have also developed one-stop services, including express courier, cold chain, and logistics. We obtained the express delivery license on August 15th, 2021 and started to install direct-operated stores and cooperative stores on August 20th. Up to now, our business network basically covers East Malaysia and West Malaysia. We have 7 main transfer stations in Johor. They are in Taman Pelangi Indah, Taman Kota Masai, Taman Ekoperniagaan, Mersing, Yong Peng, Ayer Hitam and Kluang. Looking forward to the future, we will uphold the mission of "high-quality service-oriented, creating a better life together", and hope to expand our business to the entire Southeast Asia region and even the world, and implement the concept of "Get Connected to The World". Position: HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Location: Nusa Bestari, Johor.
Job Scope:
Handle and prepare all the Human Resource related matters such as:

-To monitor staff monthly KPI record and work attendance
-To handle staff enrolment, claim, leave clearance & etc.
-To prepare staff payroll documents, employment letter, confirmation letter
-To manage the filing system (soft and hard copy)
-To maintain the confidentiality of HR information at all times
-To recruit and interview potential candidates
-To handle the job vacancy advertising
-To maintain and update EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income tax records
-Well versed in the Employment Act and Rules & Regulations will be a bonus
-Willing to perform others related job task given
-Monthly payroll calculation inclusive of commission , overtime ,incentive,etc.

Job requirements
-Good command of spoken & written in Mandarin, English, Malay
-Diploma/ degree holder
-Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in HR & Admin.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

Finance Executive (Account Receivable)
Job Scope:
1. Keep track of daily cash collection.
2. Recording and Reconcile with Bank Statement
3. Prepare daily cash collection Report
4. Prepare Monthly Invoice and statement to VIP Customers
5. Update Accounting System

Finance Executive (Account Payable)
1)Responsible in AP entries. Processes documents such as invoices and payment vouchers.
2)Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly.
3)Prepare and ensure reconciliation schedule is properly prepared.
4)Responsibilities include closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess minimum professional qualification, LCCI Higher or Diploma or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of related experience in related field.
-Able to communicate in Mandarin Malay and English
-Candidate must have strong communications skills, be performance and self-driven, able to work independently, multi-tasking and working to agreed schedules.

财务人员(应付)

4.负责及时提交报告&月尾结算
工作要求
- 候选人必须具有最低专业资格,LCCI高级或文凭或同等学历
