We are looking at the position of Sales & Marketing Executive for es2move who has the abilities - combination of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management tasks. Here are some key responsibilities you must have:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the logistics app and increase customer acquisition. Identify target markets, analyze competitor activities, and create plans to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Customer Acquisition: Actively reach out to potential clients, such as logistics companies, warehouses, or e-commerce businesses, and present the benefits and features of the logistics app. Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine the product positioning and develop effective marketing strategies.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide support, address inquiries or concerns, and offer additional solutions or upgrades to enhance their experience with the logistics app.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, such as customer acquisition rates, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to align sales and marketing activities with overall business objectives. Provide input based on customer insights and market trends to support product enhancement and development.
7. Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks, stay updated on industry trends, and identify potential partnership or collaboration opportunities.
