1.We don't recommend to post any important documents such as IC, PASSPORT, Certificate Of Birth, Check Book, Income Tax, and any other document, we will not make any compensation if lost.
2.We will make a police report If we discover any dangerous and prohibited goods, we do not bare any responsibility for lost or damage, and will not make any compensation.
3.We don't compensate on the damage of bellow items such as cosmetics, food items, fragile item.
4.Sender needs to ensure the correct address being given, item must be wrapped properly, in the correct position, it is not our responsibility for any lost and damage item.
5.it is your responsibility to ensure that the details and items in parcel is same, we do not bare any responsibility for lost or damage, and will not make any compensation.
6.For any faulty with the goods, please inform us within 48 hours. And for goods weigh above 2 kg, the maximum compensation will be rm300 Any report after the grace period would be ignored.
