Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that in conjunction with the Budget 2027 Announcement on Friday, 9th October 2026, all main Customs offices / counters are scheduled to be temporarily closed from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

⚠️ Customs clearance services may be affected during this period.

To avoid unnecessary delays, kindly submit your shipping documents to UPT as early as possible to allow sufficient time for checking, declaration submission and clearance arrangements.

For urgent shipments, please contact our Operations Team immediately.

Reflecting on an Insightful Experience at the WCAworld Malaysia Roadshow 2026

​Attending the WCAworld Malaysia Roadshow in Petaling Jaya was an absolute pleasure and a highly rewarding experience for our team.

​The event provided a fantastic platform to connect with industry peers, exchange insights, and explore new avenues for collaboration.

The atmosphere was filled with positive energy, and the conversations were both engaging and inspiring. As the proverb goes, "Birds of a feather flock together", it was truly wonderful to spend quality time surrounded by like-minded professionals who share the same passion for driving logistics and forwarding excellence forward.
