做 Project 的人应该很有感觉。
有时候最有压力的，

不是货坏掉。
而是货还在路上。

但电话已经开始来了。
“货到了吗？”
“什么时候到？”
“还能赶上吗？”
“客户已经在催了。”

我问过很多负责 Transformer Project 的客户：
“你最怕什么？”

我原本以为答案会是：
运费太贵。

结果几乎每个人都回答一样：
“不要 Delay。”

因为 Transformer 迟到一天，
不是一台货在等。

而是：
✔ 吊车在等
✔ 安装团队在等
✔ 测试团队在等
✔ Commissioning Team 在等
✔ 客户验收团队在等

有时候，
几十个人都已经准备好了。
结果货还在路上。

做物流久了，
我越来越明白。
客户买的不是运输。
客户买的是安心。
安心货会准时到。
安心有人跟进。
