Please be informed that Best Express Kepong has been experiencing delays in our deliveries due to the surge of parcel volume throughout this festive month.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Please be patient as our riders make every effort to complete all deliveries as quickly as possible.

For parcels stated as "Delivery on the way" after 2:00 PM, kindly wait for the rider to complete the delivery.

For parcels stated as "Arrived at KLKPG", after 2:00 PM, customers can opt for self-collection at the warehouse in the address below:
