Requirements:
- Min SPM certificate
- 1 year of retail experience will be an additional plus point
- Good communications skills in Malay & English
- Responsible & Energetic
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking will be an additional plus point
Job Responsibilities:
- Record all sales in the cashier system & process payment collection.
- Operate all software/application programs.
- Receive and process packages for couriers including lifting and weighing of packages on the weighing scale.
- Pack contents for shipping using fill with bubble wrap, construct corrugated boxes, customizing them when needed.
- Determine appropriate packing and shipping solutions to customers.
- Place, answer, and refer to all telephone calls.
- Replenish stock display shelves with products when an item runs low.
- Arranging the products neatly on the shelves.
- Daily general housekeeping tasks.
