3. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
4. Customers are required to pay within 48 hours after receiving
our confirmation email. Else, we will cancel the order automatically.
5. We will acknowledge you when the parcel is sent out. We will not responsible for lost packages during deliveries. Therefore, we will give you a tracking number for your parcel.
6. COD is available at Kepong area, do email us for more information and arrangement of time for COD.
