VACANCY: POST FIXTURE EXECUTIVE or OPERATION ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for:
• All related Post Fixture duties such as freight computation, freight invoicing, handling demurrage calculation and invoicing, vessels’ movement monitoring and reporting, preparation and execution of voyage orders.
• Project a good service provider’s image to the Customers (Charterers, Ship Owners etc) through sound professionalism in post fixture services.
• To communicate constantly with stake holders such as Owners/Charterer/Brokers/Port Agents in keeping them abreast on the progress of a fixture, etc.
• You must ensure Voyage Instructions are followed accordingly in compliance to the requirements stated.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
