We are pleased to share the cover of the upcoming MyAviation Magazine Special Edition, dedicated to Aeromedical Asia 2027.

The special edition, dated 8 October 2026, will be made available to everyone by 12 October 2026.

This complimentary digital publication features distinguished international and regional speakers, industry perspectives, and developments in aeromedical aviation and critical care transport.

Additional confirmed speakers will also be featured and introduced in our forthcoming publications and announcements, as we continue bringing together expertise from across the international aeromedical community.

The special edition will be shared with registered professional delegates, speakers, exhibitors, partners, aviation and healthcare professionals, industry stakeholders and readers.

Through this publication, we aim to encourage professional knowledge-sharing, international collaboration and meaningful dialogue on the future of aeromedical services.

Aeromedical Asia 2027 was created with a clear purpose: to build a platform in Malaysia where aviation, healthcare, emergency medicine and critical care transport professionals can connect, exchange knowledge and build meaningful collaborations.

We are honoured to welcome this growing line-up of distinguished speakers from Malaysia and around the world, bringing experience across air rescue, emergency medicine, hospital leadership, aeromedical operations and critical care transport.

And the line-up is still growing. Additional international and Malaysian speakers will be announced soon.

This is more than a conference. It is about bringing the aeromedical community closer together and strengthening Malaysia’s connection with the global aeromedical ecosystem.

SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTRE NAMED BEST AEROMEDICAL & CRITICAL CARE TRANSFER HOSPITAL 2026

MyAviation Magazine, in conjunction with Aeromedical Asia 2027, is pleased to announce Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City as the recipient of the Best Aeromedical & Critical Care Transfer Hospital 2026 editorial recognition.

The recognition follows the conclusion of a public-poll component together with a separate editorial and aeromedical assessment focused specifically on capabilities relevant to critical-care patient transfer, medical evacuation, emergency services, international patient support and transfer coordination.

As part of the recognition, Sunway Medical Centre will be invited to Aeromedical Asia 2027, taking place 17–18 February 2027 at Subang SkyPark, Selangor, for the official recognition presentation and a complimentary Official Recognition Showcase.

MyAviation Magazine will also extend five complimentary advertising/editorial placements, together with a dedicated advertorial/editorial feature, as part of the recognition programme.

MEDILIFE AMBULANCE SERVICES NAMED BEST AEROMEDICAL GROUND PARTNER 2026

MyAviation Magazine, in conjunction with Aeromedical Asia 2027, is pleased to announce Medilife Ambulance Services as the recipient of the Best Aeromedical Ground Partner 2026 editorial recognition.
The recognition follows the conclusion of our public-poll component together with a separate editorial and aeromedical assessment focused specifically on the role of ground medical transport within the wider aeromedical patient-transfer chain.

The assessment considered areas relevant to ground-to-air patient movement, medical transport capabilities, critical-care transport, medical evacuation and repatriation support, and coordination within the broader patient-transfer ecosystem.

As part of this recognition, Medilife will participate in Aeromedical Asia 2027, 17–18 February 2027 at Subang SkyPark, Selangor, including the official award presentation and participation in the live aeromedical patient-transfer demonstration.

Complimentary Digital and Printed Special Issue Access for all .

Before anything else, We would like to extend my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones affected by the recent tragic aviation accident. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted during this difficult time. Recent events are also a solemn reminder of why aviation safety, investigation and continuous learning remain so important.

Coming end of September 2026, MyAviation Magazine will release our Special Issue “Malaysia’s Air Crash History” , looking back at significant aircraft accidents that have shaped Malaysian aviation, the investigations that followed, and most importantly, the lessons aviation has carried forward.

This Special Issue is not about blaming any airline, pilot, operator, regulator or individual. It is about documenting our aviation history responsibly, remembering those we have lost, and recognising how lessons learned from past accidents have contributed to safer skies. We believe this will be a compelling and meaningful read for everyone, aviation professionals, students, enthusiasts and the wider public.

Four years ago, MyAviation Magazine began with a simple vision , to create a platform where aviation stories, people, ideas and opportunities could come together.

Today, we celebrate 4 years of MyAviation Magazine.

From conversations with aviation leaders and policymakers to stories on airlines, airports, safety, people, aeromedical aviation and the future of our industry, every edition has been part of an incredible journey.
There were challenges, lessons and many late nights along the way , but also the privilege of meeting remarkable people and telling stories that matter.

Our sincere appreciation to our readers, contributors, industry leaders, partners and the aviation community who have supported us throughout these four years.

We are pleased to introduce Aeromedical Asia 2027 – International Aeromedical & Critical Care Transport Conference & Exhibition, taking place on 17–18 February 2027 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Bringing together professionals from healthcare, emergency medicine, nursing, EMS, ground ambulance, air ambulance, aviation, critical-care transport, medical assistance and medical technology, the inaugural event will feature professional conference sessions, a specialist exhibition, industry networking and live aeromedical demonstrations.

Complimentary Professional Registration will be available for eligible industry and healthcare professionals.

Exhibition and partnership opportunities are now open, with only 20 exhibition spaces planned for the inaugural edition.
