ESTCON 2026 was the 9th edition of UTP’s flagship World Engineering, Science and Technology Congress, bringing together experts from around the world to share ideas and solutions for a more sustainable future in Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC) from 7 to 10 September 2026. This year’s theme, “Technology, Resilience and Regeneration: Engineering Pathways to a Sustainable Future,” focused on how technology and engineering can help build a more resilient and sustainable world.

We are honoured that AOS Penang, led by Mr Lili Teh and her team, was the official travel partner for ESTCON 2026, supporting the event with hotel accommodations, sightseeing and airport transfers for over 1,000 VIPs and delegates.

It was our pleasure to be part of this meaningful event and to help make the experience smooth and memorable for all participants.

The MyCEB Indonesia Roadshow 2026 took place on 18 August 2026 in Surabaya at The Trans Luxury Hotel Surabaya, followed by 20 August 2026 in Jakarta at JW Marriott Jakarta. The roadshow brought together Malaysian tourism and MICE industry partners, with 1 Travel Agency, 8 DMCs, 9 Hotels/Venues and 3 Convention Bureaux participating as exhibitors. AOS was also represented at the roadshow by Ms. Haniz Halim, who attended the sessions in Surabaya and Jakarta.
The Jakarta session was also honoured by the presence of His Excellency Dato' Muzafar Shah Mustafa, Ambassador-Designate of Malaysia to the Republic of Indonesia. The event aimed to strengthen business connections between Malaysia and Indonesia, showcase Malaysia’s MICE and business event offerings, and create new opportunities for collaboration with Indonesian travel and event industry partners.
