WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
- All Terminus brand of products shall granted 12-months warranty on manufacturer defect issues only, start from the arrival date of the parcel(s) to the recipient
- Any human made damage related issues will deem warranty voided
- We reserved the right to reject any warranty claim request(s) which failed to provide proof/record of purchase
- For warranty claim within the first 7-days from parcel received date, we will bear the shipping fee to collect the defective product(s) from customer and as well bear the shipping fee to send a new replacement product(s) to customer
- For warranty claim after the first 7-days from parcel received date, customer will need to bear the shipping fee to send us the defective product(s), while the company will repair the defective product(s) where thereafter bear the shipping fee to send the repaired product(s) to customer
- Shall the product not repairable due to manufacturer defect issue, replacement will be granted
- Shall the product(s) been obsoleted, we reserve the right to replace customer with other product(s) which have similar value
DELIVERY POLICY
- We are using POSLAJU, J&T, DHL & etc. for deliveries within Malaysia, while using SF EXPRESS, DHL, TNT & etc. for deliveries outside Malaysia.
- Peninsular Malaysia deliveries takes 1 to 3 working days
- East Malaysia deliveries takes 2 to 5 working days
- Deliveries outside Malaysia will takes 1 to 14 working days depend on the service policy offered by the courier service companies
