Lima Bintang Logistics Completes External OKR Training!
Over the past year, Lima Bintang Logistics has been practicing OKR (Objectives and Key Results). Today, we successfully completed an external OKR training session led by Coach Catherine Chen from OKRs.com.
In this intensive 2-days workshop, we achieved alignment, became more outcome-oriented, and enhanced our ability to design high-quality and achievable OKRs. The training encouraged our team to develop a sharper sense of defining objectives and precise key results (KRs).
It was inspiring to see our team differentiate between outputs and outcomes with confidently provide feedback. While we have plenty of answers, we’ve realized the importance of asking sharper, high-quality questions to stay on track with our company’s goals, targets, vision, and mission.
We believe this experience will help us drive our vision of growing 10x in the next 10 years! A big thank you to our dedicated staff, especially those from the Kemaman and Klang branches, for attending during the weekend.
