Position: Customer Service (Air Freight)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment status updates.
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal operations to ensure smooth cargo handling.
Coordinate and monitor air freight shipments from pick-up to delivery.
Prepare and manage documentation, including airway bills, invoices, and customs forms.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in air freight or logistics (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of freight documentation & customs procedures is an advantage.
