☑️ From the Arrival Hall, head to the E-hailing Lounge on Level 1.

☑️ ONLY book your ride once you reach the lounge.
(Trust us, this is currently the smartest move on earth… 🌏🧠)

☑️ At the lounge, use the kiosk to let your driver know your preferred pick-up door.

☑️ Keep an eye on the live screens for your driver’s arrival.

☑️ Then… sit back, relax and wait in the comfort of the lounge.
(Because Malaysia is humid, and nobody needs a free sauna after a long flight 🥵😂)

: As notified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) to the airport and all airlines, KLIA's airspace will be temporarily closed for the National Day celebration rehearsals and flypast. The Aeronautical Information Publications Supplement (AIP) for this was issued in May 2026.
