Fasiliti Inovasi Kitar Semula (FIKS) telah menerima lawatan dari Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Raja Melewar melalui program SWCorp Discovery Tour.

Lawatan ini memberi peluang untuk berkongsi mengenai proses kitar semula yang dilaksanakan di FIKS serta peranannya dalam mengurangkan jumlah sisa yang dihantar ke tapak pelupusan, sekali gus menyokong amalan pengurusan sisa yang lebih mampan.

Alam Flora's Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU) successfully organised the 3-Day Departmental Corruption Risk Assessment (CRA) Review & Enhancement Workshop from 6 to 8 July 2026, bringing together 29 Integrity Coordinators from across the organisation, alongside representatives from Malakoff, to strengthen corruption risk management capabilities and reinforce ethical business practices.

Facilitated by SIRIM Academy Sdn. Bhd., the workshop focused on reviewing and enhancing departmental Corruption Risk Assessments (CRA), strengthening corruption risk controls, and developing effective mitigation action plans in alignment with the requirements of ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS).

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants enhanced their competency in identifying, assessing and managing corruption risks, while contributing to the continuous improvement of governance and compliance practices across the organisation.

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of Malakoff and Alam Flora to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability. By continuously strengthening our anti-bribery management framework, we remain focused on building stakeholder trust, fostering a culture of ethical business conduct, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Baru-baru ini, Fasiliti Inovasi Kitar Semula (FIKS) telah menerima kunjungan daripada Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn. Bhd. yang diketuai oleh Ainul Hasnizam bin Abu Hassan, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn. Bhd.

Lawatan ini turut disertai oleh Ketua Pegawai Operasi Alam Flora, Mohamad Muhazni Mukhtar, diiringi oleh Ts. Ismi Azura Istear Khan, Ketua Jabatan Kitar Semula dan Pemerolehan, yang berkongsi pandangan strategik mengenai peranan pendidikan dan inovasi dalam memacu pengurusan sisa mampan.

Alam Flora telah menganjurkan Program Hari Bertemu Pekerja 2026 bagi kawasan Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya serta pasukan Genesis Facility Solutions, sebagai kesinambungan daripada Townhall Alam Flora Group 2026 yang berlangsung pada 4 Jun lalu.

Program ini menjadi platform untuk menyampaikan amanat serta mesej utama Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif kepada warga barisan hadapan di kedua-dua kawasan perkhidmatan, sekali gus memastikan seluruh warga kerja terus selari dengan hala tuju strategik dan keutamaan organisasi.

Hari Bertemu Pekerja 2026 turut diisi dengan pelbagai aktiviti interaktif termasuk booth pameran, sesi perkongsian, pembentangan serta sesi soal jawab bersama warga kerja. Booth pameran yang melibatkan agensi berkanun berkaitan, Koperasi Kumpulan Alam Flora Malaysia Berhad (KoFlora), Kelab Rekreasi dan Kebajikan Alam Flora (KRKAF) serta jabatan dalaman turut memberi peluang kepada warga kerja untuk mendapatkan maklumat berhubung perkhidmatan, program dan inisiatif yang tersedia.

Running for fitness, organizing for the future! 🏃‍♂️🌍

Alam Flora hit the ground running at the Penarik Beach Run 2026! Our employees proudly completed the 10KM and 4KM tracks, showcasing the ultimate teamwork, energy, and community spirit.

But our impact didn't stop at the finish line. Because we believe true environmental stewardship is driven by people rather than heavy machinery, we brought the circular economy directly to the Terengganu coastline! Our 3R on Wheels became a hub for green education, teaching visitors how small everyday acts like proper waste segregation and how recycling helps reduce waste sent to landfills.

The event was attended by our General Manager, Operations & Operational Excellence, Mohd Taufik Mohd Idris, and Mohd Kopli Yunus, Senior Vice President, Thermal Division, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, alongside the management teams.

We were deeply honored by the presence of our distinguished guests, YM Dato' Tengku Mohd Arifin bin Tengku A. Rahman, Director of the Terengganu State Tourism Department, Dato' Dr. Azman bin Ibrahim, Chairman of the Terengganu State Committee for Agriculture, Agro-based Industry, Food Security and Commodities, and Tuan Haji Yusaini Amir bin Mohamad Nor, District Officer of Setiu.

Malakoff Corporation Berhad, together with our subsidiary, Alam Flora, participated in a Beach Cleanup & Tree Planting programme at Pantai Telaga Papan, Terengganu as part of our shared commitment to environmental sustainability and community wellbeing.

The programme involved the collection of waste and solid waste along the coastal area, with a total of 292kg successfully collected at Pantai Telaga Papan.

In addition, 2,000 trees were planted across 2 acres at Setiu Wetland, contributing to the protection of the local ecosystem, biodiversity and natural landscape.

The programme was attended by Mohd Kopli Yunus, Senior Vice President, Thermal Division, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, Mohd Taufik Mohd Idris, General Manager, Operations & Operational Excellence, Alam Flora, together with the management teams of Malakoff and Alam Flora.

Also present were Tuan Haji Yusaini Amir bin Mohamad Nor, District Officer of Setiu, and Dato’ Syed Naqiz Shahabuddin Syed Abdul Jabbar, Chief Executive Officer of Penyu Escapes Travel.

For Malakoff and Alam Flora, this initiative reflects our continuous effort to encourage environmental responsibility while creating a positive impact for communities and the environment.
