HAS International Sdn Bhd was honoured to participate in the HeliOffshore Conference 2026 in Madrid, where our Base Manager, WLutfi Wan Wahap shared our experience in implementing the Maintenance Observation Program (MOP).

MOP goes beyond compliance—focusing on how work is actually performed on the ground. Through real-time observations, engagement with technicians, and continuous feedback, the program strengthens human factors awareness, reinforces positive behaviours, and enables early identification of risks.

It is a key step in building trust, encouraging open reporting, and embedding a proactive safety culture across our maintenance operations.

We appreciate the opportunity to exchange insights with industry peers in advancing safer skies.

It was a pleasure welcoming Jamal Rashed Al Blooshi, Country Manager of Mubadala Energy Malaysia, to our helibase for his maiden visit this Tuesday.

Our dedicated team of pilots, engineers, and ground handlers worked seamlessly to deliver a safe and smooth journey—getting the crew, decked out in their bright orange jumpsuits, comfortably over the waves. 🌊 Teamwork makes every mission possible, and we're proud to support the energy sector with reliable offshore transport!
