Type of Carton Box

There are a wide range of carton box in the market which includes Regulator Slotted Carton (RSC), Half-slotted type box, slide box, white paper board box, die-cut box, rigid box, FPF (Five Panel Folder) box, Full Overlap Box, Telescope Type Box, and various custom-made boxes etc.

Type of RSC: Single wall RSC, double wall RSC, Triple Wall RSC, A-flute RSC, B-flute RSC, C-flute RSC, E-flute RSC, AB-flute RSC, BC-flute RSC, BE-flute RSC, End long opening RSC.

Full Overlap Slotted Carton (FOL) is a box that is stacked on the side of its panel.

FPF Box is a box that come flat and one that when you can tape the ends and along the spine. which is suitable to pack long and narrow product.

For high value products, double wall and triple wall or triple layers carton box with high grammage will be produced to provide extra protection during shipping. Benefits of Heavy Duty Triple Wall Corrugated Box

All boxes are constructed of heavy duty triple wall which is strong and sturdy enough to ship heavy products like motors, compressors and more.

When you require maximum strength and protection these boxes are built to resist knocks, abrasions and also temperature changes. These triple wall cardboard boxes are manufactured from top quality corrugated board with a Kraft paper finish.

Weights and limits of these boxes are stronger and more stable than standard double wall boxes and can carry a load capacity up to 500kg or more, also, triple walls pallet boxes are much less expensive than comparable plywood crates.

Last but not least, Triple Wall Corrugated Boxes can be delivered flat packed to save space.

Wooden Pallet

Wood pallets are commonly & widely used for shipping worldwide because it is sturdy, easily available and less expensive. However, wooden pallet can be infested by pest and difficult to clean which tends to offset its pluses of cost & strength.

Slight moisture in a wooden pallet can become a breeding ground for mold. When there is moisture, microorganism will grow and feed on the wood pallet material.
​
International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) through ISPM 15 was introduced to reduce the introduction and spread of wood-boring insects. The regulation provides guidelines of treating wood pallets i.e.— heat treatment (HT) and methyl bromide (MB) treatment. Whichever treatment method is used, the pallet must be made of debarked wood, since moisture and insects are found in bark.

Flow Packaging carries few product options as replacement to Wooden pallet. These includes OptiLedge, paper pallet as well as processed woods pallet. These products are ISPM 15 exempted.
